Returns & Refund Policy

We accept all returns. You can return items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at    [ [email protected] ] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to KNIVES SUPPLIER address.

Any items returned not in new or unused condition will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
