Shipping Policy

KNIVES SUPPLIER shipping Policy is as under:

Order Processing:

KNIVES SUPPLIER is committed to fast and swift shipping of all orders to customers. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Most order shipments are processed within 1 business day. Expedited orders cut off time is 11 AM CST , if expedited orders received after the cut off time it will ship next business day. Orders received over the weekends are processed on following Monday. It should be noted that business days don’t include weekends and public holidays. During festive, promotional or holiday periods, shipping of orders might take longer than normal due to increased volume. We use USPS and UPS for shipping customer’s  orders .Orders total than $100 or more will require signature upon delivery.

Standard Shipping:

At KNIVES SUPPLIER, we offer free standard shipping for orders more than $100 .Standard shipping can take 5 to 10 business days to be delivered. Free shipment is only offered to addresses in USA mainland. 

Delay Shipping:

During promotional, festive or holiday season, there can be a delay in processing of orders from warehouse, due to large volume of orders.

Shipping Confirmation:

A shipping confirmation along with the tracking number is mailed to your provided email ID. You are requested to keep a track of your shipment through provided tracking number.

International Shipments:

International orders will include any duties and taxes liable for import. The recipient of the order will be responsible to bear all duties and taxes, at the time of delivery.
